Welcome to whizsprout.com ("the Site"). The Site is currently operated by Paula Marín as an individual. By using the Site or completing our quiz, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About This Site
The Site is currently used to share information about WhizSprout, an upcoming math learning product for children, and to collect waitlist signups through our quiz. WhizSprout is not yet available for purchase or use.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through the quiz.
3. Not Professional Advice
The quiz result and any "confidence profile" generated are for general informational purposes only. They are not a professional educational or psychological assessment, and should not be treated as a diagnosis of any kind.
4. Intellectual Property
The WhizSprout name, the Whizzy character, and all related content, graphics, and branding are the property of Paula Marín. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
5. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party infrastructure, including Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase), to operate and store information. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. No Warranty
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site.

This Site is directed at parents and guardians, not children. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information related to children.
